Bear Beer Dark Wheat is a typical Bavarian “Dunkel Weissbier” which is top fermented and made with at least 51 % wheat malt and an original wort gravity of minimum 12 %. Bear Beer Dark Wheat is traditionally brewed using only the finest selection of wheat malt, barley malt and caramel malt. It has the typical dark wheat aroma, which is characterized by a high content of esters, alcohols and special phenolic compounds.
The beer is dark amber colored and unfiltered, thus containing all natural ingredients. Turbidity is a quality requirement and consists of proteins and yeast.
